Our History with sf btr

In January 2020 our team acquired 10 single family lots on Chip Drive in Grand Island, FL for $30,000 per lot.

We constructed 10 single family homes ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, either 3 or 4 bedrooms and a 2-car garage.

The finished home values range from $280,000 to $315,000. Net profit per home is between $26,400 and $38,900 per home. Total project was sold out within 24-30 months.
